Safety Manager – Prince George

Tracy owned and operated her own courier company prior to joining Northern Thunderbird Air in October of 2004. Her transportation experience transferred nicely over to her dispatching duties and she went on to become our senior Prince George dispatcher. In March of 2007 she was appointed as NT Air’s Safety Manager which also encompasses the Transport Canada position of Company Aviation Safety Officer (CASO). She has led the development from the ground up of our Safety Management System (SMS). This program is now operating and is far ahead of the Transport Canada implementation deadlines. Tracy is passionate and meticulous about safety and her leadership in this area has helped NT Air to continuously improve on its already high safety standards.
